He is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Dateline Enerpy Services ‘Group”Nigeria Limited, and Executive Director at GreenPark Exploration & Production Company Limited, whilst he servers as Nigerian Chairman of the All Niper Delta Peoples Congress (ANDPC). Also he is on the board of notable local and international businesses. He hails from Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State of Nigeria. He is married with children and loves travelling and polling.
Bernard O. OKUMAGBA is a Non Executive Director at GREENPARK E&P, he hails from Warri, Delta State. He attended Government College Ughelli from 1977 to 1983 and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 1983 to 1987 where he graduated with a Bsc degree in Accountancy (2nd Class Honours Upper Division). Bernard also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in1991 and he is presently a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
He started his working career at the International financial services firm Arthur Andersen & Co (now KPMG) in 1988. He later worked in several banks from 1991 to 2007. His banking career commenced at Oceanic Bank PLC, in the Financial Control/Strategy as well as the Corporate Ban king Divisions from 1991 to 1994. Thereafter, he worked in Crystal Bank, Fidelity Ban k PLC, First Atlantic Bank PLC, and United Bank for Africa PLC from 1994 to 2007. He held several positions at these banks including Senior Manager, Corporate Banking Division, Head of Internal Control/Audit Division, Bank Chief Inspector and Principal Manager, Consumer and Commercial Banking Division amongst others. He left United Bank for Africa PLC, in August 2007 following his appointment as Delta State Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget.
He served as Delta State Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget from August 2007 to November 2010 and was subsequently appointed Commissioner for Finance and served in that capacity from November 2010 to May 2011. He was reappointed Delta State Commissioner for Finance in July 2011 and held this position until July 2013. He is presently Chairman of Regents Consults Limited, Chairman of NIGDEL Oil and Gas Limited and a Director at Abbey Mortgage Bank PLC.
Steve DAVIES is a highly experienced Oil and Gas Industry Geoscientist, and a hands on Technical Manager with extensive experience of running Exploration, Production and Development projects in Africa and Europe.
Having worked in both major and junior oil and gas companies including BG, SHELL and LASMO, he has acquired several years of operational and new business experience in Nigeria including managing development drilling and seismic programs. He has first- hand knowledge of the network of Nigerian subsurface and operational zones, and has a functional relationship with locals and professionals alike. Steve has a BSc in Geophysics from the University of Durham, plus an MSc in Petroleum Geology from the Imperial College London. He is currently enpaped as Consultant Partner in GREENPARK E&P, as well as Consultant on new ventures and geophysicist for LUNDIN Group Of Companies.
Connie SHIELU is a highIy efficient and connected Business Development Consultant to several E&P Corporations with extensive knowledge of Nigerian oil and gas industry. She’s presently engaged as Executive Director of GREENPARK E&Pin the United Kingdom, whilst serving as Executive Director in NPL Advisors in London, with over 10 years hands on experience of acquisitions & divestitures in Nigeria and elsewhere.
She has been part of advisory and consultancy on Iborn Sea Port, international Cargo Airline, Agribusiness, Mining Projects, Novel Gas to protein animal feed additives, and have been part of the Fund raising and consultancy forfinancial institution. Connie provided Advisory on Ethos UK Fund, ESG (Environment, Sustainability and Governance), Tax efficient jurisdiction company structuring, also on board of Commodities. She was instrumental to the current gas flare elimination programme by the Nigerian Department of Petroleum Resources and the adoption and implementation of a new Environment ISO in the oil industry. She holds a BA in Law from Middlesex University and MA in Environmental Law and Justice.
Mrs. Asanimo OMEZI is a production engineer and member of the executive management board of Dateline Energy Services Ltd., with over 22 years of work experience from the manufacturing and oil & energy sectors. She is a project manager with strong execution culture interested in helping organizations grow its specialties and also a change agent for process optimization.
Her working experience cuts across being General Manager Frigate Upstream & Energy Services Limited, where her primary responsibility is to assure business growth and continuity to guarantee performance effectiveness by standardizing operations in order to maximize investor value, she has being General Manager Librod Chemicals Limited where she completed the reorganization and strategic growth of the organization. Whilst Chief Operating Officer at Dateline Energy her experienced was brought to bare as a business strategy development personality and corporate governance. She has been General Manager Corporate Services Oil data Wireline Services where she managed and implemented a sha red service organisation supporting the group’s activities, as well as head of Administration at Notore Chemical Industries Limited where she guaranteed administrative support services through out the organisation and also as Head Operations in Oando Energy Services where she managed the day to day operation activities in support to clients and enhanced business continuity. Sanimo, as fondly called is a member of many professional and social organisations.
Adesina B. SHITTU is currently Executive Director/CFO for GREENPARK E&P; a well experienced Corporate Management proffessional with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Advanced finance and accounting, Auditing expertise, Taxation, Strong commercial experience in Petroleum, Gas, Strategic Planning, in Oil & Gas, he is also a strong business development professional with a Accounting background, he holds a B.sc and an M.sc from University of Lagos, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered accountants (FCA).
He has been a senior management professional with over 28 years of experience in managing Strategy, Commercial activities, finance and accounts as well as a udits in diverse roles across the org aniz ationa I hiera rchy. Skilled in inn plementing group financial policy, internal control system, designing implementing chart of accounts cost centers for companies based on the nature of the business. Also experienced at planning and implementing innovative business strategies to initiate and control finance, projects, and initiatives towards organizational goals. Whilst also proficient in enhancing operational efficiency by implementing best accounting practices and the concept of change management across
professional career. He has also led teams to creating and sustaining dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Shittu had worked at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation in Nigeria between January 1999 — May 2O2J, where he rose to becomeDeputy General Manager Finance & Commercial Strategy, having served as Assistant General Manager Accounts and ChiefAccountant between July 2007 to October 2OJO, whilst in POOC he was at some point Manager of Internal Audit, Manager of Budget and Planning, Senior Management Accountant Accounts Coordinator, as well as Deputy Chief Accountant through his working life.
